摘要
新建哈佳铁路宾西下行货物联络线基床底层以下路基施工时,设计采用利用土进行路基填筑建设。使用的利用土天然含水率较大,施工周期长,导致路基填筑进度滞后。为加快填筑施工进度,按期完成作为运梁通道的联络线路基,保证正线T梁架设施工的时间节点,采用石灰对利用土进行改良。经过对试验段填筑施工的检测,石灰改良利用土施工方案满足了施工工艺参数要求,取得了良好的效果,可指导后续改良土施工。
During the construction of the subgrade below the bottom of the base bed of the newly built Hajia Railway Binxi downlink cargo connection line,soil is designed to be used for subgrade filling construction.The soil used in engineering construction has the problem of high natural moisture content,which easily leads to elongation of construction and finally affects the expected progress of subgrade filling.In order to speed up the construction progress of the filling,complete the connecting line base as the beam transport channel on schedule,and ensure the time node of the construction of the T beam on the main line,and use lime to improve the utilization soil.After the inspection of the filling construction in the test section,the construction plan of lime improvement and utilization of soil meets the requirements of construction process parameters,and has achieved good results,which can guide the subsequent improvement of soil construction.
