摘要
针对轴承钢碳化物液析冬季质量波动,通过提高加热温度及总加热时间,促进碳化物高温扩散,优化连铸电搅、末搅参数,并严格执行低过热度浇注等措施,从源头改善碳偏析,最终有效地改善了轴承钢碳化物液析。
in view of the quality fluctuation of carbide liquid precipitation of bearing steel in winter,by increasing the heating temperature and total heating time,promoting the high-temperature diffusion of carbide,optimizing the parameters of continuous casting electric stirring and final stirring,and strictly implementing the pouring with low superheat,the carbon segregation is improved from the source,and finally the carbide liquid precipitation of bearing steel is effectively improved.
