基于静电集尘器串联方式的净化新风机设计

摘要 受限于当前商品房建设的层高,以及装修市场对吊顶空间的限制要求,安装于吊顶内的设备厚度必须超薄化,以便安装和检修,这对家用市场产品新风机来说,就要求设计的机器尺寸必须小而薄。为了解决这一问题,本文提供的一种基于静电集尘器串联方式的新风机,核心耗材零部件(静电集尘器、全热交换芯和过滤网)采用串联的结构方式设计,两个驱动风机采用卧式结构方式,分别为机器新风与排风通道提供动力。所设计新风机的测试结果表明,在满足新风量设计要求下,达到风速低,净化效率高,静电消毒效果好,机器尺寸符合超薄的市场需求。 Limited to the height of the current commercial housing construction,and the decoration market to the ceiling space restrictions,installed in the ceiling of the equipment thickness must be ultra-thin,easy to install and maintenance,this new fan for household market products,the requirements of the design of machine size must be small and thin.In order to solve this problem,this paper provides a new fan based on the series mode of ESP,the core parts(ESP,total heat exchange core and filter)adopts the series structure design,two fans adopt horizontal structure,respectively for the machine fresh air and exhaust channel to provide power.The test results show that under the condition of meeting the design requirements of fresh air volume,the wind speed is low,purification efficiency is high,electrostatic disinfection effect is good,and the machine size meets the market demand of ultra-thin.
