浅谈智能船舶测试场建设存在的问题及建议

Problems and Suggestions to Construction of Intelligent Ship Test Site

当前全球智能化船舶加速发展,为满足其航行测试的需要,挪威、芬兰、中国等纷纷开始建设智能船舶封闭测试场并逐步投入使用。本文围绕测试场建设、基础设施、测试能力、服务配套等方面存在的主要问题,提出了加强智能船舶测试场合作与规划、加快制定相关测试标准、互相认同测试结果、创立交流平台等方面的建议和措施。

Due to the vigorous development of intelligent ships in the world,Norway,Finland and other countries have begun to build closed test sites for intelligent ships and gradually put them into use in order to meet the needs of their test sailing.This paper focuses on the aspects of test site construction,infrastructure,test capability and service supporting.Suggestions are put forward,such as strengthening the cooperation and planning of intelligent ship test sites,speeding up the formulation of relevant test standards,mutually recognizing test result,establishing exchange platforms.
