电大开放教育班主任工作探究

Exploration on the Work of Class Teachers in the Open Education of Radio and TV Universities

在当前终身学习理念的驱动下,电大开放教育获得了普遍关注,并吸引了众多想要进一步提高自己知识素养的社会有志人士。因此,电大的学生来源复杂,各行各业都有,这无疑加大了班主任管理的工作难度。本文从电大开放教育的特点出发,分析当前电大开放教育班主任管理工作的现状,并提出若干优化电大开放教育班主任管理工作的具体措施。

Driven by the current concept of lifelong learning,RTVU open education has received widespread attention,and attracted many people who want to further improve their knowledge literacy.Therefore,the source of RTVU Students is complex,which undoubtedly increases the difficulty of the class teacher management.Based on the characteristics of open education in RTVU,this paper analyzes the current situation of the management of class teachers in the open education in RTVU,and puts forward some specific measures to optimize the management of class teachers in the open education in RTVU.
