摘要 本文主要采用曲阜师范大学刘保胜编制的《大学生生涯自我效能感》问卷随机抽取苏州三所不同类型的高校艺术生540名进行问卷调查,从不同维度进行比较分析了解艺术类大学生生涯自我效能感的状况及特点,在此基础上,充分发挥生涯自我效能对学生就创业指导工作的正效应,不断完善“三全育人”“三位一体”的就创业指导体系,提升艺术类大学生的就业力。 Based on the questionnaire of“Career Self-efficacy of College Students”compiled by Liu Baosheng of Qufu Normal University,540 art students from three different types of colleges and universities in Suzhou were randomly selected to conduct a questionnaire survey,give full play to the positive effect of career self-efficacy on students’entrepreneurship guidance.
