摘要
调查新冠肺炎(COVID-19)疫情下大学生心理健康状况,分析疫情应激状态下大学生心理健康的影响因素。结果显示COVID-19疫情下,大学生出现不同程度的焦虑、抑郁等心理问题,且不同程度的焦虑、抑郁情绪等影响因素不完全相同。因此,高校及有关部门应对大学生进行精准心理健康教育。
This paper investigates the mental health status of college students under the COVID-19 epidemic situation,and analyzes the influencing factors of the mental health of college students under the stress of the epidemic.The results show that under the COVID-19 epidemic situation,college students have different levels of anxiety,depression and other psychological problems,and the factors affecting different levels of anxiety and depression are not exactly the same.Therefore,universities and relevant departments should conduct precise mental health education for college students.
