Strengthening Ideological and Political Education to Enhance Students’Employment Competitiveness

本文立足于当前大学生就业中思政教育缺失的现状,分析大学生在思想、道德与心理层面存在的问题,并提出针对性的解决对策,力求通过加强理想信念教育、开展道德品质教育、强化心理健康教育等方式,引导学生树立正确择业观、提高综合素质与社会适应力,在就业竞争方面更具优势。

Based on the current situation of the lack of ideological and political education in the employment of college students,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the ideological,moral and psychological aspects of college students,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,striving to guide students to establish a correct outlook on career choice,to carry out moral education,to strengthen mental health education and other ways and improve the comprehensive quality and social adaptability,and have more advantages in employment competition.
