高职院校思想政治教育亲和力提升,是落实习近平总书记重要讲话要求,适应时代发展的需要。当前高职院校思政教育面临诸多新挑战和问题,需正确认知高职学生特点,采取有效方法解决冲突和矛盾,做好思政教育工作,以增强教育亲和力推动教育质量提高。提升思政教育亲和力的过程中,应遵循主体性、方向性以及层次性基本原则,在此基础上探索可行性提升路径。

The improvement of the affinity of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges is to fulfill the requirements of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech and meet the needs of the development of the times.At present,ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges is facing many new challenges and problems.In the process of enhancing the affinity of ideological and political education,the basic principles of subjectivity,direction and hierarchy should be followed,and on this basis,a feasible improvement path should be explored.
