摘要
针对目前房地一体确权登记作业效率低、精度低的问题,本文提出采用倾斜摄影测量法进行房地一体确权登记。首先对其整个作业流程进行简单概括,其次分析了影响地籍图成果精度的因素,并给出相应的解决方案,最后以实际案例验证了本文提出的方案,可以切实有效提地籍图成果的精度,提升作业效率,可以为同行从业者带来借鉴。
Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and low precision in the current real estate integration confirmation and registration,this paper proposes to use the oblique photogrammetry method to carry out the real estate integration confirmation and registration.Firstly,the whole operation process is briefly summarized,then the factors affecting the accuracy of cadastral map results are analyzed,and corresponding solutions are given.Improving operational efficiency can bring lessons to fellow practitioners.
