论我国名师工作室研究的焦点与未来路向

The Focus and Future Direction of the Research on Master Teacher Studios in China

名师工作室担负国家教育均衡的使命,体现教师教育的中国特色,但名师工作室研究应适度聚焦以形成合力。当前,我国名师工作室研究的焦点主要涵盖运行机制、共同体建设、名师身份、研修学习和考核评价等五个方面。未来名师工作室研究应采取多种路向:深度开展名师及学员的专业内涵式发展研究;加强名师工作室的宏观政策与评价机制研究;基于乡村振兴语境,助力乡村薄弱学校优质化。

The master teacher studio is responsible for the mission of national education balance,reflecting the Chinese characteristics of teacher education,but the research of master teacher studio should focus on the joint efforts.At present,the focus of the research on the master teachers’ studio in China mainly covers five aspects:operation mechanism,community construction,status of famous teachers,study and evaluation.In the future,the research of master teachers’ studio should take many ways such as carrying out the research on the professional connotation of master teachers and students,strengthening the macro policy and evaluation mechanism of master teachers’ Studio,helping the rural weak schools to be upgraded basing on the context of rural revitalization.
