摘要
重载铁路轴重的增大对无砟轨道承载能力和轨下基础稳定性提出了更高要求。本文结合近年来铁路隧道内无砟轨道应用中出现的结构破坏和变形等病害,并考虑重载铁路运营特征和隧道内轨道服役环境,经多因素比选提出隧道内合理的无砟轨道结构型式。在传统弹性支承块式无砟轨道结构基础上,提出一种改进型弹性支承块式无砟轨道结构型式,通过力学分析确定其设计参数,并经动力分析验证新型无砟轨道结构型式合理性。结果表明:改进型的弹性支承块式无砟轨道结构稳定性及动力性能好,具有高平顺性、高稳定性和少维修等优点。
The increasing of train axle load of heavy haul railway(HHR)requires the ballastless track to be designed with higher capacity and stability.In recent years,some problems such as structure damages and settlement of ballastless track are found in the HHR tunnel.In order to deal with these problems,the suitable ballastless track structure type of HHR tunnel was selected from existing track systems considering multiple factors,especially the operation feature and specific environment of HHR.A modified elastically supported block ballastless track was designed based on the traditional elastic supported block ballastless track structure,and the design parameters for the modified track structure were studied and determined based on the results of mechanics analysis of the track.Furtherly,the modified ballastless track structure was proved to a reasonable structure through dynamic mechanics analysis.Results show that the stability and dynamic performances of the modified elastically supported block ballastless track structure are better than the existing one.It is a kind of track with higher smoothness,higher stability and less maintenance.
