摘要
近年来,随着国家经济建设迅速发展,高速公路上跨铁路立交转体桥梁施工越来越多。曲线转体桥梁施工测量控制技术对测量精度、速度要求也越来越高。本文以陇漳高速渭河特大桥跨陇海铁路转体施工为例,提出一种可快速进行转体测量定位,且行之有效的测量技术,对转体前施工测量控制网建立、球铰精确定位、滑道水平控制等关键部位测量技术及转体过程中的平面控制测量及高程控制测量进行阐述分析,以期明确曲线桥转体施工测量控制技术重点,并为同类工程提供参考。
In recent years,with the rapid development of the national economic construction,the construction of interchange bridges across the railway is increasing.The survey control technology of curved revolving bridge construction has higher and higher requirement for survey precision and speed.In this paper,taking the construction of Weihe River Bridge over Longzhang Highway as an example,a rapid and effective measurement technique is proposed,this paper expounds and analyzes the establishment of the construction survey control network before the rotation,the precise positioning of the ball joint,the horizontal control of the slide way,and the plane control survey and height control survey during the rotation,it is hoped that the key points of measurement and control technology for curve bridge rotating construction will be made clear and the reference for similar projects will be provided.
