摘要 EPC(设计—采购—施工)工程项目管理模式是20世纪80年代国际上逐步发展起来的一种工程承包和管理模式,与常规项目在管理上存在较大差异。本文针对EPC项目管理模式在我国推行实施过程中存在的各种问题,提出EPC项目全流程、全业务、全要素、全目标的深度融合管理模式,并从需求、投资、标准、设计、审查、合同与交底等管理关键环节论述具体实施过程中EPC项目深度融合管理要点,以期提升我国EPC工程项目管理水平,适应建筑业高质量发展的新要求。 The EPC(Design-Procurement-Construction)project management mode is a project contracting and management mode gradually developed in the 1980 s,which is quite different from the conventional projects in management.In view of various practical problems during localizing the management mode of Engineering Procurement Construction(EPC)project in China,we firstly proposed a management mode which deeply integrates all the involved processes,businesses,elements and targets of EPC project.Then the key management issues lies in practicing the proposed deep integration management mode of EPC project were discussed,including the demand,investment,standard,design,review,contract,disclosure,etc.This discussion helps to improve the management level of EPC project in China and meet the potential new requirements in high-quality development of construction industry.
