乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗HPV感染患者的效果

Effects of Lactobacillus vaginal capsules combined with recombinant human interferonα-2b gel in treatment of patients with HPV infection

目的:观察乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染患者的效果。方法:选取88例HPV感染患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组(n=44)和对照组(n=44)。对照组采用重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后炎性指标[肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)]水平、阴道微生态情况和治疗期间不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为93.18%(41/44),高于对照组的75.00%(33/44),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组TNF-α、IL-6水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组Nugent评分、阴道分泌物pH均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均未出现明显不良反应。结论:乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗HPV感染患者可提高治疗总有效率,降低炎性指标水平,改善阴道微生态情况,效果优于单纯重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of Lactobacillus vaginal capsules combined with recombinant human interferonα-2b gel in treatment of patients with human papilloma virus(HPV)infection.Methods:88 patients with HPV infection were selected as the research objects and were divided into observation group(n=44)and control group(n=44)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with recombinant human interferonα-2b gel,while the observation group was treated with lactobacillus vaginal capsules on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the inflammatory index levels[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6)],the vaginal microecology conditions and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.18%(41/44),which was higher than the control group of 75.00%(33/44),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of TNF-αand IL-6 in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment;those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the Nugent score and the pH of vaginal secretions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups during treatment.Conclusions:Lactobacillus vaginal capsules combined with recombinant human interferonα-2b gel in the treatment of the HPV infection patients can improve the total effective rate of treatment,reduce the levels of inflammatory indicator levels,and improve the vaginal microecology.Moreover,it is superior to single recombinant human interferonα-2b gel treatment.
