无缝隙护理在腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术患者中的应用价值

Application value of seamless nursing in patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy

目的:探讨腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术中采用无缝隙护理对负性情绪及护理满意度的影响。方法:选取2018年6月至2020年6月在江苏省盐城市第一人民医院接受腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术治疗的118例患者,根据随机数字表法将患者分为实验组(n=59)与对照组(n=59)。实验组采用无缝隙护理模式进行护理,对照组采用常规护理模式进行护理,对比两组术后恢复时间、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分与护理满意度。结果:与对照组相比,实验组术后恢复所需时间更短(P<0.05);两组治疗后SAS、SDS评分与治疗前相比均降低(P<0.05),与对照组相比,实验组评分更优(P<0.05),护理满意度更高(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术中应用无缝隙护理,能够改善患者的焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪,提高护理满意度,改善患者预后,促进患者早日康复。

Objective:To explore the effect of seamless nursing on negative emotion and nursing satisfaction in laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods:118 patients who underwent laparoscopic myomectomy in the first people’s Hospital of Yancheng City,Jiangsu Province from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into two groups,named experimental group(n=59)and control group(n=59).The experimental group used seamless nursing mode for nursing,and the control group used conventional nursing mode for nursing.The postoperative recovery time,self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),self rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the recovery time of the experimental group was shorter(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of seamless nursing in laparoscopic myomectomy can improve patients’negative emotions such as anxiety and depression,improve nursing satisfaction,improve patients’prognosis and promote patients’early recovery.
