考虑可中断负荷接入的主动配电网鲁棒优化模型 被引量:5

摘要 为了提高主动配电网供电可靠性与运行的经济性,针对可再生分布式电源出力的随机性、波动性,以及可中断负荷不可控性给主动配电网的安全运行带来的不确定性,从源侧考虑,以风电出力的不确定性模型和光伏出力的不确定性模型为基础,提出了可再生分布式电源不确定性模型;从负荷侧考虑,建立了可中断负荷不确定性模型。采用区间形式描述不确定性,再通过引入控制因子和误差因子处理不确定性,进而提出以最小网损为目标,含源⁃荷不确定性的主动配电网双层鲁棒优化模型。通过主⁃子问题和强对偶理论将双层优化问题转化为单层优化问题,再采用改进的粒子群算法进行求解,最后通过改进IEEE 33节点配电系统进行算例仿真,结果表明所提模型能够有效降低系统网损,具有较好的鲁棒性。 In view of the uncertainty caused by the randomness and fluctuation of renewable distribution generation(DG)output and uncontrollability of interruptible load(IL)to the safe operation of active distribution network(ADN),in considering of the source side,the renewable DG power supply uncertainty model is proposed based on the uncertainty model of wind power output and the uncertainty model of photovoltaic output,so as to improve the power supply reliability and operation economy of ADN.In consideration of the load side,the uncertainty model of IL is established.The interval is used to describe the uncertainty,and then the control factor and error factor are introduced to deal with the uncertainty.Furthermore,a two⁃layer robust optimization model of ADN with source⁃load uncertainty is proposed,which aims at minimizing network loss.The two⁃layer optimization is transformed into single⁃layer optimization by the master⁃slave problem and strong duality theory,and then solved by the improved particle swarm optimization(IPSO)algorithm.Finally,case simulation was carried out by the improved IEEE 33 node distribution system.The results show that the proposed model can effectively reduce the system loss and has good robustness.
