摘要
基于核心素养的物理课程改革对物理教师的课程实施能力提出了更新、更高的要求。结合物理学科特点,基于课程论、心理学,从认知和行动两个维度建构物理教师课程实施能力结构模型,并通过问卷调查、课堂观察和行动研究,系统归纳宁夏中学物理教师课程实施能力的发展现状、存在问题,提出物理教师课程实施能力发展策略。研究表明,研读物理教育研究论著,反思物理教学实践案例,自主开发物理实验资源和开展任务驱动型合作研究等策略能够提高物理教师的课程实施能力,对优化课程实施和提高教师专业发展水平均具有借鉴意义。
The physics curriculum reform based on core literacy has put forward updated and higher requirements for the curriculum implementation capacity of secondary school physics teacher.Combining with the characteristics of physics subject,based on curriculum theory and psychology,a structural model of physics teachers'curriculum implementation ability is constructed from two dimensions of cognition and action,and this paper systematically sums up the current situation and existing problems of curriculum implementation ability of physics teachers in Ningxia middle school,and puts forward the development strategies of curriculum implementation ability of physics teachers by questionnaife survey,classroom observation and action research.The research shows that the strategies,such as studying physics education research works,reflecting on physics teaching practice cases,independently developing physics experiment resources and carrying out task-driven cooperative research,can improve the curriculum implementation capacity of secondary school physics teacher,which has reference significance for optimizing curriculum implementation and improving teachers'professional development level.
