“十四五”规划阐明了未来中国推动长江经济带大发展的总方针、总原则,确定了长江经济带大发展的总基调。现时期,长江经济带集聚了各类丰富的经济资源,成为一个典型的城市集聚区、产业集聚区和增长极集聚区,拥有一批有重要影响力的著名企业,成为支撑其发展的主要力量。未来,要推动产业转移,加快建成世界级先进制造业集聚区和若干产业集群;要梯度发展、错落布局,建成现代生态保护区群和农业发展示范区群;要加快新基础设施建设,建成现代化立体交通网络,增强战略实施支撑力;要统筹沿海内陆开放,构建高水平对外开放平台,建成一体化市场体系。

The “14 th Five-Year Plan” clarifies the general policy and principle for China to promote the great development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt in the future, and determines the general tone for its development. At present, the Yangtze River Economic Belt gathers all kinds of rich economic resources through urban agglomeration, and has become a typical urban agglomeration area, industrial agglomeration area and growth pole agglomeration area. The Yangtze River Economic Belt already has a number of famous enterprises with huge influence, becoming the main force supporting the development of the area. In the future, we should promote industrial relocation and speed up the construction of world-class advanced manufacturing clusters and several industrial clusters;we should expand development in a phased way, embrace a scattered layout, and build a modern ecological protection area cluster and an agricultural development demonstration area cluster. We should speed up the construction of new infrastructure, build a modern multi-dimensional transportation network, and enhance the support for the implementation of the strategy. We should coordinate the opening up of coastal and inland areas, build a high-level opening-up platform, and put in place an integrated market system.
