《城镇给水水质监测预警技术指南》解读及技术应用 被引量:3

Interpretation of Technical Guidelines for Monitoring and Early Warning of Urban Water Quality and Its Application

摘要 中国工程建设标准化协会已批准发布了团体标准《城镇给水水质监测预警技术指南》(T/CECS 20010—2021),并于2021年9月1日正式实施。为此,介绍了《指南》的编制背景、编制及研究过程、主要内容及监测预警技术的推广应用,并详细阐述了监测预警技术方法体系的构成,以及基于常见给水水质风险预警应用场景的单一指标和多指标监测预警方法的研究过程。《指南》对城镇给水水质监测预警技术和业务流程进行了全面梳理总结,为建立适于我国城镇给水安全保障要求的水质监测预警技术体系奠定了基础,《指南》的正式实施和应用将有利于提高我国城镇给水水质监测预警的规范性,并可为保障城镇给水水质安全提供技术支撑。 The group standard Technical Guidelines for Monitoring and Early Warning of Urban Water Quality(T/CECS 20010-2021)has been approved and issued by China Association for Engineering Construction Standardization,and formally implemented on September 1,2021.This paper introduced the compilation background,compilation and research process,main contents of the guide,and the popularization and application of monitoring and early warning technology.In addition,the constitution of monitoring and early warning technology and the research process of single index and multi index monitoring and early warning methods based on common water quality risk early warning application scenarios were elaborated in detail.The guide comprehensively summarizes the monitoring and early warning technology of urban water supply quality and business process,which lays a foundation for the establishment of water quality monitoring and early warning technology system suitable for the requirements of urban water supply safety in China.Formal implementation and application of the guide will help to improve the standardization of monitoring and early warning of urban water quality and provide technical support for ensuring the safety of urban water quality.
