摘要 目的:通过Meta分析探讨虚拟现实(VR)技术在腹腔镜手术培训教学中的应用效果。方法:检索中国知网、万方、NCBI、Medline、Springer等数据库从建库至2021年8月有关VR技术在腹腔镜手术培训教学中应用的随机对照研究。由两名研究人员独立进行研究数据的提取及文献内容的收集,并应用RevMan 5.3软件分析所收集的数据。结果:共纳入14篇文献,涉及426名医生与医学生,其中VR组210人,无训练组64人,箱式训练器组93人,传统训练组59人。与无训练组相比,VR组手术时间短[SMD=-0.94,95%CI(-1.31,-0.57),P<0.00001],评分高[SMD=1.39,95%CI(0.67,2.10),P=0.0002]。与箱式训练器组相比,VR组操作时间短[SMD=0.54,95%CI(0.16,0.92),P=0.006],两组评分差异无统计学意义[SMD=-0.21,95%CI(-2.37,1.94),P=0.85]。与传统训练组相比,VR组评分高[SMD=1.98,95%CI(1.08,2.88),P<0.0001]。结论:VR训练器可显著提升医生及医学生的腹腔镜手术操作水平,培训教学效果优于传统腹腔镜手术训练及箱式训练。 Objective:To investigate the application effect of virtual reality(VR)in laparoscopic surgery training and teaching by meta-analysis.Methods:CNKI,Wanfang,NCBI,Medline,Springer and other databases were searched for the randomized controlled studies on the application of VR technology in laparoscopic surgery training and teaching from the database establishment to Aug.2021.Two researchers independently extracted relevant research data and collected relevant literature content,and RevMan 5.3 software was used to analyze the collected data.Results:A total of 14 literatures were included,426 doctors and medical students were involved with 210 in the VR group,64 in the non-training group,93 in the box trainer group and 59 in the traditional training group.Compared with the non-training group,the VR group had shorter operative time[SMD=-0.94,95%CI(-1.31,-0.57),P<0.00001]and higher scores[SMD=1.39,95%CI(0.67,2.10),P=0.0002];Compared with the box trainer group,the operation time of the VR group was significantly shorter[SMD=0.54,95%CI(0.16,0.92),P=0.006],and there was no significant difference between the two groups in scores[SMD=-0.21,95%CI(-2.37,1.94),P=0.85].The VR group had higher scores than the traditional training group[SMD=1.98,95%CI(1.08,2.88),P<0.0001].Conclusions:VR trainer can significantly improve the operation level of doctors and medical students in laparoscopic surgery,and achieve better training effect than traditional laparoscopic surgery training and box-type training.
