康养文化在现代办公家具设计中的应用研究

Research on Application of Health and Wellness Culture in Modern Office Furniture Design

通过对5家现代企业的办公环境、员工办公情况以及使用的办公桌椅进行调研,发现这五家企业办公环境简陋,休闲区域较少,办公桌椅功能单一,办公家具的选用大多未考虑到员工的健康管理需求。为了探讨康养文化在现代办公家具设计中的应用,从视觉疲劳、肌肉骨骼系统损伤、神经系统衰弱3个方面,分析了现代办公人群面临的健康危害,提出了可以通过改善办公坐姿,增加按摩功能,附加养生功能,以及增设健康提醒等措施,从而改善和提升现代办公人群的健康状况,营造健康养身的办公环境,以期实现“办公的过程就是一个养生的过程”的现代办公家具设计理念。

Through the investigation of the office environment,employees office situation and office desks and chairs used in five modern enterprises,it is found that the office environment of these five enterprises is simple,with few leisure areas and simple functions of office desks and chairs,with no consideration given to the health management needs of employees during the selection of office furniture in most cases.In order to explore the application of health and wellness culture in the design of modern office furniture,the health hazards faced by modern office people were analyzedin terms of visual fatigue,musculoskeletal system injury and nervous system weakness,and some measures such as improving office sitting posture,increasing massage function,adding health preservation function and adding health reminder were put forward so as to improve and enhance the health status of modern office people and create a healthy office environment with an aim to realize the modern office furniture design concept that the office process is actually a wellness process.
