目的为科学合理维护管理医院医疗器械,研究探讨了医院医疗器械维修中存在的问题及维修管理策略.方法对医院医疗器械维修存在的问题进行了阐述,并提出了维修管理策略.结果针对所发现的问题,实施相关管理策略后,提高了维修人员专业素养水平、技术操作水平、工作责任感及积极性,可更为规范的进行日常工作,合理优化配置人力及物力资源,及时做好医疗器械的保养及维护工作.结论应定期分析医院医疗器械维修中存在的问题,并进行改进,实现该项工作持续化提升,优化工作效率及质量.

Objective In order to maintain and manage hospital medical equipment scientifically and reasonably,the study discusses the existing problems and maintenance management strategies in hospital medical equipment maintenance.Methods The existing problems in the maintenance of hospital medical equipment are described,and the maintenance management strategy is put forward.Results It is found that the implementation of relevant management strategies improves the maintenance personnel’s professional literacy level,technical operation level,work responsibility and enthusiasm,and can carry out daily work in a more standardized way,rationally optimize the allocation of human and material resources,and timely do the maintenance and maintenance of medical devices.Conclusion The problems existing in hospital medical equipment maintenance should be analyzed regularly and improved to realize the continuous improvement of the work and optimize the work efficiency and quality.
