盆底康复治疗仪用于慢性盆腔疼痛的疗效研究

Study on the comprehensive effect of pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy instrument in gynecological treatment of chronic pelvic pain

目的探讨盆底康复治疗仪应用于慢性盆腔疼痛的疗效.方法选取2018年1月~2020年12月医院收治的慢性盆腔疼痛患者90例,应用数字表法将其随机分为两组,对照组进行常规治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上进行盆底康复治疗仪治疗.比较两组患者治疗有效率、疼痛评分、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平、盆底肌力情况、复发情况.结果研究组有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组疼痛评分、IL-6水平小于对照组(P<0.05);研究组阴道静息压(VRP)、阴道收缩压(VSP)、阴道收缩持续时间大于对照组(P<0.05);研究组复发率小于对照组(P<0.05).结论妇科治疗慢性盆腔疼痛中,盆底康复治疗仪的效果显著.

Objective To study the therapeutic effects of pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy apparatus for chronic pelvic pain.Methods A total of 90 patients with chronic pelvic pain admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups by the numerical table method.Patients in the control group received conventional treatment,and those in the study group received pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy instrument treatment under the conditions of the control group.Treatment efficiency,pain score,interleukin—6(IL-6)level,pelvic floor muscle strength and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The pain score and IL-6 level of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The duration of vaginal rest pressure(VRP),vaginal systolic pressure(VSP)and vaginal contraction in the study group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of study group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In gynecological treatment of chronic pelvic pain,pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy instrument is effective.
