微喷射技术在组织工程医疗领域应用研究进展

摘要 生物3D打印技术促进了组织工程技术的发展.基于喷墨打印原理的微喷射技术是通过微喷射系统进行非接触式打印的一项3D打印技术,可以在热驱动和压电驱动模式下对生物材料进行活体组织打印.在介绍微喷射技术及其特点基础上,总结了微喷射技术在打印皮肤组织、骨组织、血管组织等方面的研究和应用,分析了打印组织用的生物材料的基本特点及微喷射技术打印组织用的常用材料,提出了发展微喷射技术在组织工程医疗领域应用的关键在于革新和开发微喷射打印设备结构及进一步开发适合生物打印的优质材料. Biological 3D printing technology promoted the development of tissue engineering technology.Micro injection technology based on the principle of ink-jet printing is a non-contact 3D printing technology by micro injection system,can be used to print biological materials for living tissue in hot drive and piezoelectric drive mode.On the basis of introducing micro injection technology and its characteristics,study and application of the micro injection technology in printing skin tissue,bone tissue and vascular tissue were summarized,the basic characteristics of biological materials for printing organization and the commonly used materials to micro injection technology were analyzed,the key points of view that the development of micro injection technology in the field of tissue engineering medical application lies in innovation and development of micro injection printing equipment structure as well as further exploiting good materials for biological printing were put forward.
