白屈菜药理作用及质量标志物预测分析

Pharmacological activities of Chelidonii herba and predictive analysis on Q-marker

白屈菜是罂粟科白屈菜属植物,其药理活性多样。白屈菜的主要有效成分为生物碱类,分为苯并菲列啶型、阿朴菲型、原托品型和原小檗碱型等,研究热点主要集中在白屈菜红碱、原阿片碱、白屈菜碱、二氢白屈菜红碱和血根碱。白屈菜的传统功效为利尿、镇痛、解毒和止咳,现代研究表明其中的生物碱成分具有镇痛、镇静、抗炎、抗肿瘤、抑菌、保肝和抗氧化等药理作用。本文对白屈菜的药理作用进行总结,并在此基础上结合质量标志物(Q-marker)概念,从质量传递与溯源、化学成分可测性、化学成分特有性及化学成分有效性等方面对白屈菜质量标志物进行预测分析,发现苯并菲列啶型生物碱中的白屈菜碱、白屈菜红碱和血根碱可作为白屈菜的主要Q-Marker,用于评价白屈菜的质量水平,该结果可为白屈菜的深入研究和开发利用提供参考。

Chelidonii herba is a plant of the genus Chelidonium in the family Poaceae with various pharmacological activities.The main active ingredients of Chelidonii herba are alkaloids,which are divided into benzophenanthridine,apoferine,protopine and proberberberine,etc.Research hotspots mainly focus on chelerythrine,protopine,chelidonine,dihydrochelidonium and hematoxyline.The traditional efficacy of Chelidonii herba is diuretic,analgesic,detoxification and cough suppressant,and modern research has shown that the alkaloid components have analgesic,sedative,anti-inflammatory,anti-tumour,antibacterial,hepatoprotective and antioxidant pharmacological effects.In this paper,we summarized the pharmacological effects of Chelidonii herba,and on this basis,we combined the concept of quality marker(Q-marker)to predict and analyzed the quality markers of Chelidonii herba in terms of quality transfer and traceability,chemical composition measurability,chemical composition specificity and chemical composition validity.It was found that chelidonium alkaloids,chelidonium erythrina and haematoxyline in benzophenanthridine-type alkaloids could be used as the main Q-markers of Chelidonii herba.The results could be used as a reference for the further research and development of Chelidonii herba.
