摘要 针对人工测量轮胎花纹磨损度效率低、精度差的问题,设计了一套基于线结构光的轮胎花纹深度测量系统。介绍了利用线结构光测量轮胎花纹深度的原理和系统结构,完成了摄像机内外参数、光平面和移动位姿标定。通过工业摄像机对光条图像进行采集,并采用灰度重心法提取光条中心,运用Halcon软件对光条图像进行三维重建,获得胎面的三维点云数据图,然后对其Z坐标图进行处理和分析,从而实现轮胎花纹深度的测量。试验结果表明,运用该测量系统能够对轮胎花纹进行360°测量,精度误差小于0.15 mm,该系统极大地提高了测量精度,可满足轮胎花纹深度在线测量的要求。 In order to solve the problem of low efficiency and poor accuracy of manual measurement of tire tread pattern wear,a tire tread pattern depth measurement system based on line structured light is designed.This paper introduces the principle and the system structure of measuring tire tread depth with line structured light,and completes calibration of camera internal and external parameters,light plane and mobile pose.The light stripe image is collected by industrial camera,and light stripe center is extracted by gray centroid method.The three-dimensional reconstruction of light stripe image is carried out by Halcon software,and the three-dimensional point cloud data graph of tread is obtained.Then the Z coordinate graph is processed and analyzed,so as to realize the measurement of tread pattern depth.The test results show that the system can measure the tread pattern for 360 degrees.The measurement accuracy error is less than 0.15 mm.The system greatly improves the measurement accuracy and can meet the requirements of on-line measurement of tire tread pattern depth.
