摘要
在大棚内盆栽扦插“波姬红”无花果(Ficus carica Linn.)苗,覆盖遮阳网,研究无花果1年生插条的直径大小对无花果扦插苗成活及生长的影响。结果表明:随着无花果插条直径的增大,成苗率以及插条的新梢长度、叶面积指数和根质量密度都呈直线上升趋势,各指标在插条直径为20 mm时最大,分别为87.5%、27.6 cm、0.192和3.225 g·dm^(-3)。无花果枝条作插条繁殖时,插条的直径对无花果的扦插繁殖影响较大,推荐采用直径为20 mm的插条进行扦插,成活率高,也有利于扦插苗的生长。
The effects of the diameter of fig cuttings on the survival and growth of fig seedlings were studied by potted cutting of fig(Ficus carica Linn.)seedlings which were covered with shading net in the greenhouse.The results showed that with the increase of 1-year-old fig cutting diameter,the seedling rate,new shoot length,leaf area index and root mass density of fig cuttings increased linearly,which were the largest,i.e.87.5%,27.6 cm,0.192 and 3.225 g·dm^(-3),respectively,when the cuttings diameter was 20 mm.When the annual branches of fig are used as cuttings for propagation,the diameter of cuttings has a great impact on fig cutting propagation.In order to reach a high survival rate and be conducive to the growth of cuttings,potted cutting with a diameter of 20 mm is recommended.
