Research Progress on Preparation and Performance of Conductive Plastic Materials

摘要 文章对本征型和填充型导电塑料的研究进展进行综述,概述含离域大π键以及掺杂型共轭结构本征型导电塑料的电学性能,介绍导电填料对填充型导电塑料电学性能的影响,如碳系导电填料(炭黑、石墨烯、碳纳米管、石墨、碳纤维)、金属及其氧化物导电填料。指出制备兼顾导电性能、加工性能以及力学性能的导电塑料,仍然是需要解决的问题。 In the article,research progress of intrinsic and filled conductive plastics was reviewed.The electrical properties of intrinsic conductive plastics with largeπbond and doped conjugated structure were summarized.The effects of conductive fillers on the electrical properties of filled conductive plastics were introduced,such as carbon conductive fillers(carbon black,graphene,carbon nanotubes,graphite,carbon fiber),metal and oxide conductive fillers.It is pointed out that the preparation of conductive plastics with both electrical conductivity,processing performance and mechanical properties is still a problem to be solved.
