The value of serving the people is a value the CPC has upheld.In China’s historical periods of revolution,construction and reform,this value has different theoretical connotations and practical requirements.During the CPC’s centennial endeavors,this value has always served the main tasks of the Party and provided value guidance for the Party’s decision-making and policymaking.It has always shed light on addressing the fundamental question of “what kind of people the Party should train. ”It has always promoted the unity of all Party members and the people based on ideals and convictions,values and morality.It has gathered a powerful and majestic force for the Chinese nation to achieve a tremendous transformation:it has stood up,grown rich,and is becoming strong.Adhering to and developing the value of serving the people is the value code of the CPC that has led the whole nation to victory over the past century,and the value is also the fundamental guideline followed by the CPC in its efforts to take an entirely new look and make new accomplishments on its new journey in the new era.
