发卡绕组双层内置式永磁同步电机设计与研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对目前新能源汽车驱动电机高功率密度和高效率的要求,设计一台发卡绕组双层永磁体内置式永磁同步电机。首先,根据驱动电机设计指标与基本方程,利用有限元方法建立电机的二维模型,研究发卡绕组尺寸、定子槽口高度和宽度对绕组涡流损耗以及转矩性能的影响。其次,利用田口算法对双层V型磁极的永磁体尺寸进行优化,并且采用转子分段斜极降低了电机转矩脉动。通过对电机空载反电势、空载气隙磁密、齿槽转矩以及额定负载工况下的磁场分布与输出性能的计算与分析,表明电机具有良好的电磁性能。通过计算电机的各项损耗,得出了电机在不同工况下的效率Map图。最后,为保证电机安全运行,对转子结构进行机械强度校核,结果证明了电机设计方案的合理性。 Aiming at the requirements of high power density and high efficiency of new energy vehicle drive motor, a double-layer internal permanent magnet synchronous motor with hairpin winding is designed. Firstly, according to the design index and basic equation of the driving motor, the two-dimensional model of the motor was established by using the finite element method, and the effects of the hairpin winding size, the height and width of the stator slot on the winding eddy current loss and torque performance were studied. Secondly, the permanent magnet size of the double-layer V-pole was optimized by Taguchi method. The torque ripple of the motor was reduced by using the rotor segmented inclined pole. Through the calculation and analysis of no-load back EMF, no-load air gap flux density, cogging torque, magnetic field distribution and output performance under rated load, it shows that the motor has good electromagnetic performance. By calculating the losses of the motor, the efficiency map of the motor under different working conditions was obtained. Finally, in order to ensure the safe operation of the motor, the mechanical strength of the rotor structure was checked, and the results prove the rationality of the motor design scheme.
