降压汤配合耳穴压豆治疗原发性高血压临床研究

Clinical Study on Jiangya Tang Combined with Auricular Point Pressing with Beans for Primary Hypertension

目的:观察自拟降压汤联合耳穴压豆治疗原发性高血压(PH)的临床价值。方法:选取122例PH患者进行临床研究,按随机数字表法分为治疗组62例与对照组60例。对照组给予厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片、氨氯地平片治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予降压汤联合耳穴压豆治疗。连续治疗12周后,评估2组临床疗效、中医证候积分,并测量血压、检测血清肿瘤坏死因子-α (TNF-α)水平。结果:治疗组临床总有效率为90.32%,对照组为71.67%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组中医证候积分均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),且治疗组中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组SBP、DBP水平均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且治疗组SBP、DBP水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组血清TNF-α水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,对照组TNF-α水平较治疗前无明显变化(P>0.05),而治疗组TNF-α水平明显低于治疗前及对照组(P<0.05)。结论:降压汤联合耳穴压豆治疗PH疗效确切,可显著改善患者临床症状,有效降低血压水平,减轻血管内皮细胞炎症损伤。

Objective:To observe the clinical value of the therapy of self-made Jiangya tang combined with auricular point pressing with beans for primary hypertension(PH). Methods:A total of 122 patients with PH were selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 62 and 60 cases in each group respectively. The control group was treated with irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide tablets and amlodipine tablets,and the treatment group was additionally treated with Jiangya tang combined with auricular point pressing with beans based on the treatment of the control group. After 12 weeks of continuous treatment,the clinical effects and Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were evaluated,and the levels of blood pressure and serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) were measured. Results:The total clinical effective rate was 90.32% in the treatment group and 71.67% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of Chinese medicine syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment, the syndrome scores in the two groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the syndrome score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of levels of systolic blood pressure(SBP) and diastolic blood pressure(DBP) between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of SBP and DBP in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the level of serum TNF-α between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the TNF-α level in the control group when compared with that before treatment(P>0.05),and the TNF-α level in the treatment group was significantly lower than that before treatment and that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The therapy of Jiangya tang combined with auricular point pressing with beans for PH has a definite curative effect, which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and effectively reduce the level of blood pressure and inflammatory injury of vascular endothelial cells.
