推拿点穴治疗痛经疗效观察及对患者负面情绪的影响

Observation on Curative Effect of Tuina and Point-Pressing for Dysmenorrhea and Its Effect on Negative Emotions of Patients

目的:观察推拿点穴治疗痛经的临床疗效及其对患者负面情绪的影响。方法:选择385例痛经患者,根据随机数字法分为观察组193例与对照组192例。观察组根据辨证分型采用中医推拿点穴治疗,对照组采用元胡止痛片治疗。比较2组临床疗效、治疗前后的疼痛程度及负面情绪评分。结果:观察组总有效率为95.3%,对照组为77.1%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组VAS、SAS、SDS评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组VAS、SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后随访1年,观察组复发率为2.72%,对照组为20.27%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:推拿点穴治疗痛经,能显著减轻患者的疼痛感,缓解其抑郁焦虑情绪,疗效优于元胡止痛片治疗。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of tuina and point-pressing for dysmenorrhea and its effect on negative emotions of patients. Methods: A total of 385 cases of patients with dysmenorrhea were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number method,with 193 and 192 cases in each group respectively. The observation group was treated with Chinese medicine tuina and point-pressing according to syndrome differentiation and typing,and the control group was treated with Yuanhu Zhitong tablets. The levels of pain and negative emotions before and after treatment as well as the clinical effects in the two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate was 95.3% in the observation group and 77.1% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the scores of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS), Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS) between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of VAS,SAS and SDS in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). In one-year follow-up after treatment,the recurrence rate was 2.72% in the observation group and 20.27% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The therapy of tuina and point-pressing for dysmenorrhea can significantly reduce the pain of patients,and alleviate their depression and anxiety,whose curative effect is better than that of Yuanhu Zhitong tablets.
