满足延宕视角下城际乡村留守儿童自我提升困境与介入策略探讨——以X市G村留守儿童为例

Discussion on Self-improvement Dilemma and Intervention Strategies of Left-behind Children in Intercity Village from the Perspective of Delay of Gratification——the left-behind children in G Village,X City as the cases

伴随中国社会的变迁而出现的留守儿童问题,如不能妥善解决,易于引发诸多社会问题。传统留守儿童问题研究及社会工作介入实践多聚焦于支持体系建设及后天抗逆力培养,对留守儿童群体先天自我提升能力及意愿的关注较少。文章以城际乡村留守儿童为研究对象,以满足延宕视角切入,探讨留守儿童成长中由于延宕能力培养缺失引发的心理问题和自我规划问题,发现城际乡村留守儿童面临的自我提升困境——自我提升动力和能力双重缺失。基于此,文章提出社会工作介入城际乡村留守儿童自我提升困境时的介入策略:构建乡村多层次教育信息获取平台;社会工作服务实践以教育为导向;建立社会工作介入长效机制。

The problem of left-behind children has arisen with the changes in Chinese society,causing many social problems.Traditional research on the problems of left-behind children and social work intervention practices mostly focus on the construction of support systems and the cultivation of acquired resilience,however,less attention has been paid to the innate self-improvement ability and willingness of left-behind children.The article takes the left-behind children in intercity village as the research group,from the Perspective of delay of gratification,explore the psychological problems and self-planning problems caused by the lack of delay ability training in the growth of the left-behind children,and analyze the self-improvement dilemma faced by the children in intercity village-The double lack of motivation and ability for self-improvement.Based on this question,the intervention strategy for social work to intervene in the self-improvement problem of the left-behind children in Intercity village is proposed:and a multilevel educational information acquisition platform in the countryside is constructed;the practice of social work service is educationoriented;and a long-term mechanism for social work intervention is established.Cultivate the delay psychology and ability of the leftbehind children,and provide ideas for social work to intervene in the practice of the left-behind children.
