中西医结合研究范式的思考与探索

Thinking and Exploration on the Research Paradigm of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

中西医结合六十余载成绩斐然,但在结合的过程中出现了中医整体观、辨证论治等自身特征丧失等问题,并且中药西化问题日趋严重,因此,中西医结合研究模式饱受争议,以上问题限制了中西医结合的进一步发展,探索新的中西医结合研究范式势在必行。本文以库恩的范式理论为切入点,剖析了中西医两种范式存在差异的原因,对当前中西医结合研究范式存在的问题进行了探讨,并对当前中西医结合研究的热点问题——中医基础理论的解读方法、中药研究、病证结合动物模型的构建及临床研究模式四个方面,对中西医结合研究新范式进行了探索性的思考,以期为中西医结合研究的进一步发展提供方向性的指导。

The integration of Chinese and Western medicine has achieved remarkable results for more than 60 years,but in the process of integration,problems such as the loss of its own cultural characteristics such as the holistic view of Chinese medicine and dialectical treatment have appeared,and the problem of Westernization of Chinese medicine has become increasingly serious.Therefore,the research paradigm of integrated Chinese and Western medicine has been full.Controversially,the above issues limit the further development of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine,and it is imperative to explore a new research paradigm of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.This paper took Kuhn’s paradigm theory as a starting point,analyzed the reasons for the differences between the two paradigms of Chinese and Western medicine,discussed the problems existing in the current research paradigm of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine,and discussed the current hot issues in the research of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine-traditional Chinese medicine Interpretation methods of basic theories,research on traditional Chinese medicine,establishment of animal models for combined disease and syndrome,and clinical research models,exploratory thinking about the new paradigm of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine research,in order to provide direction for the further development of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Guidance.
