摘要
帕金森病(Parkinson’s disease,PD)是中老年人常见的慢性进展性神经系统变性疾病,自主神经障碍是常见的PD非运动症状,其症状反复多变,可涉及心血管、消化、泌尿、生殖、体温调节等多个系统。本文着眼于PD自主神经功能障碍的症状、特点,从中医角度讨论其病机,探讨了“阳虚风动”病机在PD自主神经功能障碍中的主导地位,为PD的阴阳辨证体系合理性提供了依据。
Parkinson’s disease(PD) is a common chronic progressive neurodegenerative disease in the elderly.Autonomic dysfunction is a common non-motor symptom of PD, its symptoms related to the cardiovascular system,digestive system, urinary and reproductive system, temperature regulation system and so on. This paper explores the symptoms and characteristics of autonomic dysfunction of PD, understands its etiology and pathogenesis from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, discusses the dominant position of Yang deficiency in autonomic dysfunction of PD, and provides a basis for the rationality of the Yin-Yang dialectical system of PD.
