摘要
为减少有毒有害化学试剂的使用以及副产物的产生,以蒲公英茶和二水合乙酸锌为原料,通过绿色合成法制备氧化锌(ZnO),并对合成的氧化锌进行SEM、XPS、紫外吸收光谱、抗氧化活性等表征测试,确定绿色合成氧化锌的最佳煅烧温度及其抗氧化活性。结果表明:绿色合成氧化锌的最佳煅烧温度为400℃,合成的氧化锌为球形,具有良好的抗氧化活性,对1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)的清除活性为97.11%。
In order to reduce the use of toxic and harmful chemical reagents and the production of by-products,dandelion tea and zinc acetate dihydrate are used as raw materials to synthesize zinc oxide(ZnO)by green synthesis method.The synthesized zinc oxide is characterized by SEM,XPS,UV adsorption spectrum and antioxidant activity,so as to determine the optimal calcination temperature and antioxidant activity of green synthetic zinc oxide.The results show that the best calcination temperature is 400℃,and the synthesized ZnO is spherical.It has good antioxidant activity,and the scavenging activity for 1,1-diphenyl-2-trinitrophenylhydrazine(DPPH)is 97.11%.
