培训经历、行为能力与高素质农民生产效率提升

Training Experience,Behavioral Competence and Productivity Improvement of Professional Farmers

本文基于广东和江西两省835份高素质农民调查问卷数据,采用DEA-Tobit和中介效应模型分析培训经历、行为能力对高素质农民生产效率的影响及其作用机制,并进一步从培训内容、培训方式探讨其对高素质农民生产效率的异质性影响。结果发现,培训经历对高素质农民的生产效率具有正向影响;不同的培训内容和培训方式对高素质农民生产效率的影响存在显著差异;行为能力在培训经历与高素质农民生产效率的关系中发挥部分中介作用。可见,为更有效地提升高素质农民的生产效率,既要进一步强化对高素质农民的培训,又要注意提高培训的适用性和针对性。

This paper is Based on the questionnaire data from 835 professional farmers in Guangdong and Jiangxi provinces,DEA-Tobit and mediating effect model were used to analyze the influence of training experience and behavioral competence on the production efficiency of professional farmers,and further investigate the heterogeneity of training contents and training methods on the production efficiency of professional farmers.The results show that training experience has a positive impact on the production efficiency of professional farmers,training contents and training methods have significant differences in improving the production efficiency of professional farmers,and behavioral competence plays a partially mediating role in the relationship between training experience and productivity.Therefore,in order to effectively improve the production efficiency of professional farmers,it is necessary to further strengthen the training of professional farmers,and pay attention to improve the applicability and pertinence of training.
