影像组学在晚期非小细胞肺癌免疫检查点抑制剂治疗中的应用研究进展

Research Progress on Radiomics in Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer with Immune Checkpoint Inhibitors Therapy

近年来,免疫检查点抑制剂(immune checkpoint inhibitors,ICIs)越来越多地应用于晚期非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)的临床治疗中,给患者带来显著的生存获益。影像组学在晚期NSCLC患者ICIs治疗中的研究主要集中在疗效评估相关的三个方面,包括免疫微环境评估、疗效相关生物标志物评估和ICIs治疗疗效预测。此外,在免疫相关不良事件(immune related adverse events,irAEs)风险预测方面也有一定应用。全文围绕影像组学在晚期NSCLC患者ICIs治疗领域的热点研究方向进行综述。

Currently,immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs)have been increasingly used in the clinical treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC),which have brought significant survival benefits to patients.The research of radiomics in advanced NSCLC patients undergoing ICIs therapy is mainly focused on three aspects:immune microenvironment assessment,efficacy-related biomarker evaluation and ICIs efficacy prediction.In addition,it is also used for risk prediction of immune-related adverse events(irAEs).This article reviews the hot research topics of radiomics applied in the field of ICIs treatment for patients with advanced NSCLC.
