基于实战要求的指挥车车载照明系统

Lighting System Applied in the Command Vehicle Based on Actual Combat Requirements

摘要 为了应对作业和演习中多变的现场环境,解决军用和警用指挥车的照明装置功能单一,可控性差的问题,从实战角度出发设计了一种车载照明系统,提出震慑、隐蔽、自动和手动4种工作模式。系统由车载摄像头、控制器、智能LED前照灯和舱顶灯几部分组成,通过CAN总线将系统连通。可控制舱顶灯和前照灯进行色温和亮度调节,也可以通过摄像头及图像识别技术采集道人及车辆信息,并以相应的灯光形式对可疑车辆和行人进行警示。目前该系统已经完成实验室组装和测试,基本满足客户的使用要求。 In recent years, in order to cope with the changeable field environment in operations and exercises, the problems of single function and poor controllability of the lighting device on the Military and police command vehicle to be solved urgently. From the actual combat point of view, in this paper, four working modes for lighting systemare put forward: shock and awe, hidden, automatic and manual. The system is composed of vehicle camera, controller, intelligent LED headlight and cabin overhead light, and connected by CAN bus. The controller canadjustthelight color and brightness according to the working modes, at the same time, through the on-board camera and image recognition technology collecting information of people and vehicles on road, and through the corresponding light form warning for suspicious vehicles and pedestrians. At present, the system has been assembled and tested in the laboratory, and basically meets the requirements of customers.
