防护等级IP数字在灯具中的应用

Applications of IP Numbers in Luminaires

继GB/T 4208-2017《外壳防护等级(IP代码)》实施之后,灯具产品的国际标准IEC 60598-1:2020版也引入IPX9的要求,自此IP数字第一位2~6,第二位0~9可以形成多种排列组合,但在实际应用中,很大一部分的数字组合是不合理的。本文就照明行业常见的灯具及其使用环境,对IP数字的应用做出分析,对灯具安规中的防尘、防固体异物和防水要求进行指引。

Following the implementation of GB/T 4208-2017"Degrees of protection provided by enclosures(IP Code)",the international standard for luminaire products IEC 60598-1:2020 version also introduces the requirement of IPX9.Since then,the first IP number"2-6"and the second"0-9"can form a variety of permutations,but in actual application,a large part of the combination of numbers is unreasonable.This article analyzes the application of IP numbers on common luminaires in the lighting industry and their use environment,and provides guidelines on dustproof,solid foreign body and waterproof requirements in the safety regulations for luminaires.
