摘要 随着无人机管制技术的迅速发展,全球导航卫星系统(Global Navigation Satellite System,GNSS)欺骗干扰信号日益增多,严重威胁卫星导航安全。对GNSS欺骗干扰信号识别技术进行了研究,提出了基于小波奇异值与支持向量机(Support Vector Machine,SVM)的GNSS欺骗干扰信号识别算法,搭建了仿真模型并进行了仿真测试验证,最后分析比较了基于北斗导航系统的欺骗干扰识别技术和基于载噪比与经纬度的欺骗干扰识别技术。结果表明,基于小波奇异值和SVM的GNSS欺骗干扰信号识别算法能够有效提高识别准确率,识别准确率可达90%。 With the rapid development of drone control technology,the GNSS(Global Navigation Satellite System)spoofing signals is increasing,which seriously threatens the safety of navigation satellites.The recognition technology of GNSS spoofing is studied,and a recognition technology of GNSS spoofing with wavelet singular value and SVM(Support Vector Machine)is proposed.A simulation model is built and simulation verification is carried out.The spoofing recognition technology based on Beidou Navigation Satellite System and the spoofing recognition technology based on carrier-to-noise ratio and latitude and longitude are analyzed and compared.Experimental results indicate that the recognition algorithm of GNSS spoofing with wavelet singular value and SVM can improve the recognition accuracy effectively,and the recognition accuracy can reach 90%.
