摘要
针对同步数字体系(Synchronous Digital Hierarchy,SDH)网络严重老旧的情况,各运营商纷纷采用新型融合虚容器交叉功能的光传送网(integrating Virtual Container cross-connecting function Optical Transport Network,VC-OTN)设备试点开展SDH退网工作。由于SDH是一个端到端的网络,实际退网割接工作量大,运维成本投入高,实施较为困难。结合政企OTN专网的部署,基于政企OTN专网的SDH退网改造方案可同步实现政企OTN专网的广域覆盖与SDH骨干汇聚层整体退网的网络演进目标。由于本方案具有实用性与高效性,因此基于政企OTN专网的SDH退网改造方案可作为SDH网络演进的重要方向之一。
In view of the fact that the SDH(Synchronous Digital Hierarchy) network is seriously old, various telecom operators try to replace the current network’s SDH devices with the new VC-OTN(integrating Virtual Container cross-connecting function Optical Transport Network) devices. Since the SDH network is an end-to-end network, the actual project involves a considerable number of network cutover and high investment, making it difficult to implement. Combined with the deployment of the government-enterprise dedicated OTN network, the SDH network withdrawal solution based on the government-enterprise dedicated OTN network can accomplish two objectives simultaneously with the wide area coverage of the governmententerprise dedicated OTN network and the SDH backbone and convergence layer withdrawal. Due to the practicability and efficiency, the SDH network withdrawal solution based on the government-enterprise dedicated OTN network can be regarded as one of the important directions of SDH network evolution.
