新媒介技术的迭代更新带来国际传播秩序和格局的转变,个体资源的激活和重组改变了国际传播场域,也改变了人类交流互动的形式和运行机制。多元主体的合作与博弈更加凸显感觉和情感等的价值,这既意味着生命叙事的回归,也隐含着重新部落化的可能。从生命传播出发,跨媒介时代的国际传播需要扭转启蒙叙事的逻辑,关注日常生活和偶然事件,在具体而微的交流和对话中寻求不同国家和地区对于基础价值的共享,承认利益共同体的正当性,加强有机团结和情感联结。重新部落化也要求多元主体共担责任、共对风险,在持续交往中,推动良善对话以及人类命运共同体的达成。

The iterative renewal of new media technology brings about a change of international communication order and pattern.The activation and reorganization of individual resources have changed the international communication field,as well as the form and operation mechanism of human communication and interaction.The cooperation and games of multiple subjects have highlighted the value of feelings and emotions,which implies both the return of being narratives and the possibility of re-tribalization.From the perspective of being communication,international communication in the cross-media era needs to reverse the logic of enlightenment narratives,focus on daily life and incidental events,seek to share the basic values of different countries and regions in concrete and micro exchanges and dialogues,recognize the legitimacy of communities of interest,and strengthen organic solidarity and emotional connections.The retribalization also requires the sharing of responsibilities and risks among multiple subjects,and the promotion of good dialogue and the achievement of the community of human destiny through continuous interaction.
