清热解毒汤剂+宫颈抗病毒方治疗宫颈HPV感染的临床效果

Clinical effect of Qingre Jiedu decoction + cervical antiviral formula in the treatment of cervical HPV infection

目的 探讨清热解毒汤剂+宫颈抗病毒方治疗宫颈HPV感染的临床效果。方法 选取我院2018年2月至2021年2月收治的200例宫颈HPV感染患者,根据抽签法将其分为对照组(100例,清热解毒汤剂)和研究组(清热解毒汤剂+宫颈抗病毒方)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果 研究组的治疗总有效率及HPV转阴率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,两组的IL-4、IL-18水平均降低,IFN-γ水平均升高,且研究组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,两组的Treg细胞、Th17细胞、HPV-DNA病毒载量均降低,且研究组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 清热解毒汤剂+宫颈抗病毒方治疗宫颈HPV感染的临床效果显著,有利于促进HPV转阴,减少HPV-DNA病毒载量,改善机体的炎症反应和免疫功能。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Qingre Jiedu decoction + cervical antiviral formula in the treatment of cervical HPV infection.Methods A total of 200 patients with cervical HPV infection who were admitted in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2021 were selected and divided into control group(Qingre Jiedu decoction) and study group(Qingre Jiedu decoction + cervical antiviral formula) according to the lottery method.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment and the negative rate of HPV in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the levels of IL-4 and IL-18decreased and the level of IFN-γ increased in both groups,and those in the study group were significantly better than the control group(P <0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the Treg cell,Th17 cell and HPV-DNA viral load in both groups decreased,and those in the study group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qingre Jiedu decoction + cervical antiviral formula in the treatment of cervical HPV infection has a significant clinical effect,which is beneficial to promote HPV negative conversion,reduce HPV-DNA viral load,and improve the body’s inflammatory reaction and immune function.
