摘要
目的 分析分层级管理模式在肝胆外科护理人员中的应用效果,以为提高肝胆外科护理人员的护理质量提供参考。方法 选择肝胆外科17名护理人员为研究对象,本科室2019年7月开始实施分层级管理模式,将2019年4月至6月设为实施前组(17名,实行常规护理管理模式),将2019年7月至9月设为实施后组(17名,实行分层级管理模式)。比较两组的主观幸福感、职业倦怠、患者及护理人员的满意度、护理质量、职业压力、共情能力。结果 实施后组对健康的担心、对生活的满足与兴趣、精力、忧郁或愉快的心境、对情感和行为的控制以及松弛与紧张评分均高于实施前组(P<0.05)。实施后组的EE、DP评分低于实施前组,t PA评分高于实施前组(P<0.05)。实施后组的患者及护理人员满意度评分明显高于实施前组(P<0.05)。实施后组的护理质量各项评分均明显高于实施前组(P<0.05)。实施后组的CPSS各维度评分及总分低于实施前组,JSE-HP各维度评分及总分高于实施前组(P<0.05)。结论 在肝胆外科护理人员中应用分层级管理模式能够提高护理效果,减轻护理人员的职业倦怠、提高护理人员的主观幸福感及患者满意度,提升护理质量,且护理人员的职业压力、共情能力均明显改善。
Objective To analyze the application effect of hierarchical management model in nursing staff of hepatobiliary surgery department,in order to provide reference for improving the nursing quality of nursing staff of hepatobiliary surgery department.Methods Seventeen nursing staff in the hepatobiliary surgery department were selected as the research objects.The undergraduate department began to implement the hierarchical management model in July 2019.From April to June 2019,it was set as pre-implementation group(17 people,implemented routine nursing management model).From July to September 2019,it was set as post-implementation group(17 people,implemented hierarchical management model).The subjective well-being,job burnout,satisfaction of patients and nursing staff,nursing quality,occupational stress and empathy ability were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of worry about health,satisfaction and interest in life,energy,depression or happy mood,control of emotion and behavior,relaxation and tension in the post-implementation group were higher than those in the pre-implementation group(P<0.05).The EE and DP scores in the post-implementation group were lower than those in the pre-implementation group,and the tPA score was higher than that in the pre-implementation group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients and nursing staff in the post-implementation group were significantly higher than those in the pre-implementation group(P <0.05).The scores of nursing quality in the post-implementation group were significantly higher than those in the pre-implementation group(P<0.05).The scores of each dimension and total score of CPSS in the post-implementation group were lower than those in the pre-implementation group,and the scores of each dimension and total score of JSE-HP were higher than those in the pre-implementation group(P <0.05).Conclusion The application of hierarchical management model in nursing staff of hepatobiliary surgery department can improve nursing effect,reduce nursing staff’s job burnout,improve nursing staff’s subjective well-being and patients’ satisfaction,improve nursing quality,and nursing staff’s occupational pressure and empathy ability were significantly improved.
