摘要 将思想政治教育融入住院医师规范化培训中是培养合格医生的必要条件。笔者在日常教学活动中提取各专业课程中的思政元素,并根据随堂考核专家及学员的课后反馈归纳出不同教学方法在思政教育中的利弊。阐述型教学法应避免说教式内容,而应当增加趣味性,以加深学员的印象。扩展型教学法通过互动可使学员参与感强烈,易形成理性认同。模拟型教学法能使学员沉浸在现实环境中,使思政教育达到润物细无声般的行为认同。 Integrating ideological and political education into the standardized training of physicians is a necessary condition for training qualified doctors.Based on the daily teaching activities,the authors extract the ideological and political elements in various specialized courses,and summarize the advantages and disadvantages of different teaching methods in ideological and political education according to the feedback of in-class judges and students.Descriptive teaching method should avoid preaching content,but adding interest to enhance students’ memory.Extended teaching method can make students have a strong sense of participation and form a rational identity easily.Simulation teaching method can make students immerse in the real environment,and make ideological and political education achieve behavior identity silently.
