饲用苎麻基部茎秆弯曲特性测试 被引量:3

摘要 苎麻是一种优良的植物蛋白饲料原料,其茎秆基部力学特性对机械化收获具有重要影响。为获得苎麻饲用时茎秆力学特性,采用微机控制万能试验机测定苎麻基部茎秆弯曲力,分析7个苎麻品种抗弯强度的关系,明确茎秆横截面积、重量、抗弯强度之间的关系。结果表明,茎秆横截面积与重量具有相关性,相关系数是0.938;7个苎麻品种饲用时的抗弯强度差异极显著,苎麻四川DB的抗弯强度最大,为1.529 MPa,苎麻G59的抗弯强度最小,为0.350 MPa。研究结果可为苎麻饲用收获机械的研发提供参考。 Ramie is one of high quality plant protein feed raw material,and its mechanical properties at the basal stem have an important effect on mechanized harvest.In order to obtain the mechanical properties of forage ramie stem,the bending force of the bottom stem of forage ramies were measured by a microcomputer controlled universal testing machine.The relationship of bending strength of the seven forage ramie varieties was analyzed,the relationship among stem cross-sectional area,weight and bending strength was determined.The results showed that stem cross-sectional area was correlated with stem weight,its coefficient of association is 0.938.The difference of bending strength among the seven ramie varieties was extremely significant.Sichuan DB of ramie had the largest bending strength(1.529 MPa)and G59 of ramie had the smallest bending strength(0.350 MPa).The results can provide reference for the research and development of ramie forage harvester.
