不同品种胡麻籽中矿质元素含量测定方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了建立同时测定胡麻籽中的V(钒)、Cr(铬)、Mn(锰)、Ni(镍)、Cu(铜)、Zn(锌)、As(砷)、Cd(镉)、Sb(锑)、Tl(铊)、Pb(铅)11种矿质元素含量的方法,以10个不同品种的胡麻籽为试验材料,以硝酸和30%过氧化氢水溶液作为消解体系,在对试样进行微波消解后,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)对其进行测定。结果表明:各元素线性回归方程的相关系数均高于0.9990,检出限在0.00027~0.00620 mg/kg,加标回收率在90.6%~109.5%,相对标准偏差RSD在1.60%~7.33%。所测10个不同品种的胡麻籽中,6种必需微量元素含量从高到低为Mn>Zn>Cu>Ni>Cr>V。该方法具有操作简便、准确可靠、灵敏度高的特点,可为胡麻籽中多种矿质元素的同时测定提供参考。 In order to establish the method for simultaneous detection of 11 mineral elements of V、Cr、Ni、As、Cd、Sb、Tl、Pb、Mn、Cu、Zn in linseed,ten linseed of different cultivars were used as testing materials.Nitric acid and 30%aqueous hydrogen peroxide solution was used as digesting system to get the complete digestion of the samples by microwave digestion.The mineral elements were then detected by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer(ICP-MS).Results showed that the correlation coefficient of equation of linear regression for each element was greater than 0.9990,and the detection limits were between 0.00027 mg/kg and 0.00620 mg/kg.Besides,the recoveries of standard addition were between 90.6%and 109.5%,and the relative standard deviations(RSD)were between 1.60%and 7.33%.In these ten linseed of different cultivars,the order of contents of 6 essential trace elementswas Mn>Zn>Cu>Ni>Cr>V.This method was proved to be simple,accurate and sensitive,which could provide reference for the analysis of multiple mineral elements in linseed.
