摘要
全基因组关联分析(GWAS,genome-wide association studies)是研究作物表型多样性遗传基础的方法之一,在连锁标记开发、目的基因挖掘和复杂性状的遗传研究等方面具有重要作用,为揭示作物复杂农艺性状的遗传机理提供了研究思路。文章简要介绍了全基因组关联分析的原理及方法步骤,论述其在亚麻农艺、品质及抗性性状研究中的应用进展,并对存在的问题进行探讨及展望,为今后利用GWAS进行亚麻农艺及品质性状遗传基础的研究及分子标记辅助育种提供依据和参考。
Genome-wide association studies(GWAS)is one of the methods used to study the genetic basis of crop phenotypic diversity,which plays an important role in linkage marker development,target gene mining and genetic research of complex traits.It provides a research idea for revealing the genetic mechanism of complex agronomic traits in crops.This paper briefly introduced the principles and methods of genome-wide association analysis,discussed the progress of its application in the study of flax agronomy,quality and resistance characters,and the existing problems and prospects,which offers reference for the future study on the genetic basis of flax agronomy and quality traits and molecular marker-assisted breeding using GWAS.
